March against corruption must continue - the SUN 15/8/08

The prosecution of civil servants in high places for alleged corrupt practices in the recent weeks is sure sign that the scourge of money will not be tolerated at all levels.
While their innocence or guilt will be decided by court of law, the mere act of charging them in court must be sending shivers down the spines of many in high places......

High time this to happen... but will it be ever to stop? The relevant authorities must find ways to educate the society of the evils of corruption. One of the ways is for the relevant authorities to ensure any dealing with the public in relation to administration or business matter must be made simple.. reduce the red-tape. It takes two to tango. Ensure transparency and consistency are established through implementation of computerised systems in the administrative procedures. This will also lead to higher work productivity. So to ACA.. keep it up the good works.
